Michael J. Pancione is the principal of Pancione Associates Regional Realty LLC.
He has more than 30 years of experience, specializing in the management and development of residential properties, apartments, condominiums, and cooperatives.
As principal of Pancione Associates Regional Realty LLC, which concentrates on property renovations, development and sales, Michael is an active member of the Board of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). He is both a licensed Real Estate Broker and a licensed Construction Supervisor within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Michael has served on the Board of Directors for the Rental Housing Association of Greater Springfield and is the recipient of the CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Pancione Associates has been involved with the Western Massachusetts chapter of IREM, with Michael having served president of one term.
